Being rejected for buying a thing... it is a upset thing!!
Yesterday night, I was thinking to buy a belt in ZARA at Namba but as it was the first belt I saw, so I didn't buy it.
While kept searching in another shop, I couldn't find any better ones than Zara's,
so I went back to there kinda at 9 o'clock which is their closing time.
But the door still opened so I hurried up walking toward the belt...... BUT!!!
I WAS REJECTED... I told the shoptender that I already have a thing decided to buy, I just get it, pay and go.
But she said the the cashier already closed.
I think that is not a good excuse as there were still some customers in the shop and I am sure that they will go to cashier to pay their shopping goods. If you are really closing, please! shut down the door, don't let your door keep opened... I think that is the most common thing for any shop. I'll think twice to enter the shop again :P
I think my opinion about customer service is getting higher since after came to Japan.Makanya kalo pulang ke indo kadang bikin bete kalo diservisnya kurang hahahahaha

Btw girls! July is shopping month in Japan. Bargain anywhere hehehhe :)
